FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What type of projects do you take on?

I specialize in B2C digital products — that’s where I do my best work. That said, I’ve also designed over 15 B2B platforms, so I’m no stranger to that space. I typically handle end-to-end product design and branding.

What is your hourly rate?

For ongoing support or retainer work, I charge hourly at $25. For one-time projects, I quote a flat fee upfront — it’s cleaner and more transparent for everyone.

What time-zone do you work in?

I’m based in the Philippines but operate on Pacific Standard Time. I’m flexible and always make room for urgent needs, no matter the hour.

How long does a typical project take?

It really depends on the scope. Some projects wrap in a week, others take a few months. The best way to get a clear timeline? Let’s hop on a quick call — no strings attached.

How do you charge for projects ?

I quote a flat fee based on your goals and project scope. That way, you know exactly what to expect — no surprises, no hidden costs.

What does your design process look like?

My approach is problem-first. Whether it’s a redesign or a fresh build, I focus on solving the core user challenge in the simplest, most intuitive way possible. Want the full walkthrough? Just shoot me an email.

How do you measure success?

Success looks like adoption, satisfaction, and engagement. I use tools like the System Usability Scale and other UX benchmarks to guide product performance — and I can help set those up for your team too.

Do you offer support after a project ends?

Absolutely. I include one week of free post-launch support to make sure everything’s running smoothly. After that, we can set up a custom support plan if needed.
